Information for WIC resets, Refunds and Returns

This is a one time use reset. You need to buy another one every time you reset your printer.
You can use the key to EITHER reset the Waste Ink Pads Counter OR to Downgrade the Firmware of your printer. If you need to do both jobs, then you will need to purchase two keys.
The program is supplied FREE of charge. You are paying for the 'key' to unlock the program.
It is only possible to organise a return on the following conditions:
The return/refund can only be requested within 7 days of purchase.
* The key must be unused.
* The key must be successfully cancelled on the WIC Reset central system. (Before issuing any refund)
IMPORTANT

* Before using the reset key you must clear the print queue
* After using the reset key you must turn the printer off and then back on again before doing any printing
Failing to follow these two simple instructions will result in the reset failing and waste your key.
